Can I link multiple venues to the same account?

VenueNow lets you manage multiple venues under one company account. Each venue appears as its own “Listing” row on your dashboard, and within each venue you can set up separate space listings (e.g. “Boardroom 1”, “Meeting Room 2”) so every bookable area is clearly defined and easy to manage.

If you manage multiple venues, you can organise them all under a single company account. Each venue 'Listing' will be listed as a new row on your dashboard. Please see an example dashboard below:

Within each venue, you’re able to create individual space listings (for example, “Boardroom 1” or “Meeting Room 2”) so that each bookable area is clearly defined and easy to manage. Please see an example below:

You can also invite team members into your company account and assign them to specific venues with different role types and permission levels, including Company Administrator, Location Administrator and Location Manager. This helps you control who can update listings, respond to enquiries, or manage bookings. 

Paid plans apply at the venue level. This means that if you operate multiple venues, each one will need its own VenueNow plan. To learn more about how venue-level plans work and which option is right for you, please click here.
