Can I upload packages or offers to my listing?

Learn how to upload offers, menus and function packages to your VenueNow space listings by going to ‘View Spaces’ → ‘Edit Space’ → ‘Packages, Menus & Offers’, then adding files with an expiry date so they automatically remove from your listing—plus where to get help from partner@venuenow.com or live chat.

To upload offers or service packages to your listings, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your VenueNow account.

  2. Select 'View Spaces’ and then ‘Edit Space’ for the specific space listing where you’d like to add your offers or packages.

  3. In the left-hand navigation panel, select ‘Packages, Menus & Offers’.

  4. Click ‘Add package, menu or offer’.

  5. In the pop-up, complete the following fields:

    1. File Name

    2. Upload Type (Function Pack, Menu or Offer)

    3. Upload File

    4. Expiry Date - after this date, the file will automatically be removed from your listing.

  6. Repeat these steps for each space where you want your offers or packages to appear.
