How can I compress my files if they are too large?

To upload files larger than 10MB, use tools like Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop for high-quality compression, or utilize free online services like iLovePDF and TinyJPG. Reducing your file sizes ensures your listing loads quickly and remains accessible for all event organisers.

To ensure our platform remains fast and responsive for both you and your potential clients, we have a 10MB upload limit per file. If your high-resolution images, function packs, or menus exceed this size, you will need to compress them before uploading.

Professional Software Options

If you have access to paid creative suites, these offer the highest level of control over file quality:

  • Adobe Acrobat: Ideal for reducing PDF sizes while maintaining text clarity. Use the "Optimise PDF" tool to downsample images within the document.

  • Adobe Photoshop: Best for JPEG or PNG images. Use the "Export As" or "Save for Web" functions to adjust the quality slider until the file falls under 10MB.

Free Online Tools

If you do not have a paid subscription, there are several reliable, free web-based services that can compress your files in seconds:

  • For PDFs: Sites like iLovePDF or Smallpdf allow you to drag and drop files to significantly reduce their size.

  • For Images: Tools such as TinyJPG or Compressor.io are excellent for shrinking image file sizes without a noticeable loss in visual quality.

Tip: We recommend keeping your files between 2MB and 5MB where possible. This ensures they load instantly for organisers viewing your listing on mobile devices.
