I Can’t Login to My VenueNow Account
Reset Your Password
The most common issue is a simple forgotten password.

Go to the VenueNow Login Page.

Click "Forgot your password?" just below the password field.

Enter the email address associated with your venue account.

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link.
Browser & Cache Issues
Sometimes your browser stores old data that prevents a successful login.

Try Incognito Mode: Open a Private/Incognito window in your browser (Ctrl+Shift+N or Cmd+Shift+N). If you can log in here, the issue is your browser's cache.

Clear Cache & Cookies: If Incognito worked, go to your browser settings and clear your browsing data (Cache and Cookies).

Update Your Browser: Ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari for the best experience.
Email Verification
If you are a new partner or have recently changed your contact details:

Ensure you have clicked the verification link sent to your email after sign-up.

If you haven't received it, check that you are using the exact email address provided during your onboarding.
Multiple Account Conflict
If you manage multiple venues or have both a "Customer" and "Venue" account:
- Contact partner@venuenow.com.

If your email is linked to multiple accounts and you’re seeing the wrong dashboard, contact support to have your accounts merged.
