I have some pending enquiries that I want to respond to. What steps should I take?

To respond to pending enquiries, you can either search for the enquiry in your inbox and reply directly via email, or copy the client’s email address from your VenueNow dashboard.

All the information you need to reply will be available in your dashboard or in your inbox.
