When I log into my account I unable to see the dashboard or my event spaces

If you log into your VenueNow account and can’t see your dashboard or event spaces, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

Account privileges and user roles

VenueNow accounts can be set up with different permission levels:

• Company Administrator

• Location Administrator

• Location Manager

Company and Location Administrators typically have full access to manage venues and event spaces.

Location Managers may have more limited access and might not be able to edit event spaces. In this case, event spaces may not appear when you log in.

If you’re unsure which role you have, check with your team or your account owner to confirm your permissions.

Email address not linked to the correct account

If your email address is not properly associated with your venue’s account, your dashboard and event spaces will not appear.

To confirm this, email partner@venuenow.com and our team can verify that your email address is correctly linked to the right account.

Guest’ account instead of a ‘Venue’ account

VenueNow distinguishes between two main account types:

• Guest accounts - used by customers searching for and booking venues

• Venue accounts - used by venues to manage their listings and event spaces

Sometimes, your email address may be registered as a *guest* rather than a *venue* user. If this happens, you won’t see venue management tools when you log in.

Our venue support team can check the status of your email address, switch it to the correct account type if needed, and help troubleshoot any remaining login or visibility issues.
