Are there any penalties for subscription cancellations?

Venues on a Standard or Premium subscription must provide at least 21 days’ notice prior to the subscription expiry date if you wish to cancel.

If you are currently on a trial, you must cancel at least 14 days before your trial expiry date.

If notice is provided within the 14 or 21-day window, your subscription will automatically renew for the following cycle as per our Terms & Conditions. You will be charged the renewal fee on your renewal date, and your subscription will remain active until the end of that final billing period.
