Can I communicate directly with clients?

Yes, to contact a customer, please either reply directly to the enquiry email or copy the client’s email address from the enquiry (enquiry@venuenow.com) and send them a message. Your reply will go straight to the client. We use this email address so we can keep your dashboard and enquiry status up to date (enquiry dashboard coming soon!)
