What happens when I make an enquiry?

When you submit an enquiry on VenueNow, your event details are sent to the venue so they can confirm availability, suitability and prepare a quote. If a venue declines, it’s usually due to availability, budget or activity risk, so it’s best to enquire with multiple venues. If you haven’t heard back within 72 hours, follow up directly or submit enquiries to other spaces to keep your event planning on track.

When you submit an enquiry, the key details of your event are immediately shared with the venue you’ve selected. The venue’s team will then review your request to check their availability and confirm whether they can meet your event requirements. As part of this process, they receive your contact details so they can get in touch to discuss the booking, clarify any outstanding questions, and then prepare a quote.

If a venue declines your enquiry, it is usually due to factors such as limited availability, budget constraints, or the specific nature or risk profile of the proposed activity. To increase your chances of finding a suitable space, it is a good practice to submit enquiries to multiple venues rather than relying on a single option. Throughout this process, we will also provide tailored recommendations to help streamline your venue search.

Because prompt communication is important for effective event planning, we suggest monitoring responses closely. If you have not received a reply from a venue within 72 hours, we recommend following up directly with that venue or submitting enquiries to additional venues to keep your planning on track.
