When will payment be taken from my account?

When you make an Online Booking Request you authorise the VenueNow platform to make a pending charge on your account. If your booking request is accepted, the amount charged will automatically go through and you will make a payment for your booking.

On the other hand, when you are making an Instant Booking, you will automatically be charged when you complete the transaction.
