You’ll also see the client’s details in the enquiry itself in your inbox, including their name, phone number, company (if applicable) and the VenueNow email address used for the enquiry. When you respond to the enquiry email, your reply goes directly to the client. This reply is also what allows the system to automatically update the enquiry status on your dashboard, so you can easily track which enquiries have been responded to.
