How are enquiries sent to me?

Direct to your inbox to the nominated enquiry contact noted in the onboarding process. Simply click 'reply' to respond directly to the client for Listing & Match enquiries or to a member of the concierge team for Concierge enquiries. 

When a client expresses interest in your services, you’ll receive an email notification with all their event details - including their name, email, and phone number. From there, you can reach out directly to discuss availability, pricing, and next steps by clicking 'reply' on the enquiry.
