How do I receive enquiry notifications?

Learn how VenueNow enquiry email notifications work, why you might not be receiving new enquiry or booking alerts, and how to fix issues by checking spam, confirming your enquiry contact email, and ensuring VenueNow emails aren’t blocked, plus how to update the primary enquiry contact if needed.

Staying informed about new enquiries and bookings is essential for managing your events effectively. By default, the enquiry contact person you nominated will receive notifications via email.

If notifications are not coming through, work through the following checks:

  1. First, look in your email spam or junk folder to see if the messages have been filtered there.
  2. Confirm that the email address you provided as the enquiry contact is correctly entered and active.
  3. If you still don’t see the emails, ask your development or IT team to confirm that emails from VenueNow have not been blocked or unsubscribed at a system level.
 Keep in mind that only the VenueNow team are able to change the primary contact person for email notifications. If you need to update your enquiry contact, please contact partner@venuenow.com and our team and will help you make this change.
