Pink Dot on Dashboard Alert

A Pink Dot displayed on your dashboard is an alert indicator that signals an enquiry requires a status update.

What the Pink Dot Means?

When you see a Pink Dot next to an enquiry, it means the enquiry has not yet been marked as either:

  • Won, or
  • Lost

This indicates that the enquiry is still in an incomplete status and requires your attention.


Why This Matters?

Updating your enquiry status is important because it:

  • Improves your search ranking performance
  • Ensures your listing reports remain accurate
  • Helps maintain clean and reliable sales data
  • Supports better visibility and performance tracking

What You Need to Do

To clear the Pink Dot alert:

  1. Open the enquiry from your dashboard
  2. Review the current status
  3. Update the enquiry to either:
    • Won (if the opportunity was successful), or
    • Lost (if the opportunity did not proceed)

Once updated, the Pink Dot will be removed automatically.
