Is there a commission fee for each booking made through VenueNow?

If you’re on a VenueNow Subscription, you won’t pay commission fees for bookings that come through the Marketplace, such as Listing or MatchAI enquiries. This means the enquiries you attract directly through your online listing are commission-free under this plan.

If you choose to use the VenueNow Concierge Service, where our team actively assists clients to book your venue, a commission fee is charged to VenueNow after the event has taken place. For venues on older plans without a subscription fee, all leads generated via the VenueNow website and the Concierge Service are commissionable.
