Welcome to VenueNow - Australia’s leading marketplace for meetings and event spaces. We’re excited to have you on board. This guide is designed to help you get started on the platform. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to set up your listing, manage enquiries, and make the most of your partnership with VenueNow.

Getting Started: Accessing Your Dashboard

Your Venue Dashboard is the command centre for your account. This is where you’ll manage your listings, enquiries, and track your performance.

  • How to Log In: You can access your portal at venuenow.com and click 'Login' in the top right corner. Use the email address and password you used during sign-up.

  • Trouble Logging In? If you are having trouble logging in, select 'forgot password' to reset your account. Unable to see your event spaces after logging in or still having trouble, check out our AccountTroubleshooting guide or email partner@venuenow.com. 

     

💡 Pro-Tip: Bookmark the login page on your browser and mobile device so you can easily access your dashboard. 


Setting Up for Success: Creating Your Listings

Your listing is your digital storefront. High-quality listings receive significantly more engagement.

💡 Tips & Tricks:

Photos Matter: Use high-resolution, landscape-oriented photos. Listings with 5+ photos per space perform 40% better.

Detailed Descriptions: Be specific about what makes your space unique (e.g., "Natural light," "Built-in AV," "Private entrance") in the first few sentences of the description.

Mastering Your First Enquiry

When a client reaches out, it’s your time to shine. You will encounter different types of leads on VenueNow.

  • Know Your Leads: Understand the difference between Marketplace, Match AI, and Concierge enquiries.

  • Using the Dashboard: Track the progress of every lead through the Enquiry Dashboard.

  • Reply via Email: There’s no need to log in to your dashboard to respond to an enquiry. Simply reply via email to respond to the client or our Concierge (venue finding) team. Please note: all enquiries have an ‘email alias’ associated e.g. Jane.Smith.c_12345@enquiry.venuenow.com - however these emails will go straight to the client!

💡 Tips & Tricks:

The "Match" Factor: For Match AI leads, the first venue to respond often wins the booking. Aim to respond within 2 hours.

Personalise Your Reply: Mention specific details from the client’s brief to show you’ve read their requirements.

Call to Action: Always end your response with a clear next step, such as "Would you like to come in for a site tour this Wednesday?"


Securing Your First Booking

Converting an enquiry into a booking is the ultimate goal.

  • Centralised Tracking: You can see every stage of the journey—from initial enquiry to "Booked"—in the Enquiries and Bookings tab.

💡 Tips & Tricks:

Follow Up: If a client hasn't responded to your initial quote within 48 hours, send a friendly follow-up message through the dashboard. Our system will also send the client automatic follow-up emails after you respond to an enquiry, helping keep them engaged and moving toward a booking.

Update Status Promptly: When a deal is closed, update the status in your dashboard. This helps our Reporting tools give you accurate data on your ROI.

Ask for Feedback: Once an event is over, thank the client. Happy clients lead to repeat bookings and great reviews!
